Other expenses
At times, the school provides students with the opportunity to participate in extra activities. These activities are designed to strengthen and support the total educational program. Expenses for such things as swimming pool entrance, bus fares, excursions and incursions are kept to a minimum and are required to be paid in advance. All charges are carefully considered and frequently subsidised before parents are burdened with additional costs. Children must bring the requested amount otherwise they will not be able to attend and will be provided with an alternative program in the school.
Care of money
Children should only bring the amount of money that they require to pay for excursions. Please do not allow children to bring larger amounts as the school will not take responsibility if money is lost.
Payments
The preferred method of payment of any fees and charges associated with Balcatta Primary School is cash, as the school does not have EFTPOS ,credit card facilities or accept cheque.
Payments for fees, extra books or excursions can also be paid ‘on-line’ via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), direct debit.
